Standby Generator Program

This program is designed for the member that must have a standby generator for their own backup system. If a member wants to participate in this program, the standby generator must be automatic.  A radio control is wired into the starting circuit of the generator and when a high usage time requires us to reduce the load, we start the generator. The generators may run up to 80 hours per year.  If you participate in this program you would receive a 1.25 cent discount per kilowatt hour for only the electricity that the generator can displace.
